  • Greeting/Welcome Flow — Welcoming guests at the door and help get the parade stragglers into venue
  • Decorations/Flowers — Putting up / taking down décor, prettying things up We’re covered!
  • Pot-Luck Help — Assisting with intake, set-up of pot-luck food tables, keeping an eye on things
  • Extra Hands — Assisting with activities and errands during day of Thurs 6/25
  • Photography — Capturing the event, photo editing
  • Merch Table — Pete’s t-shirts will be silent-auctioned with proceeds going to KBUT. We need an intimidating person to guard the merchandise.
