It’s gonna take a village. Fortunately, we have one of those! If you’re able to help before, during, or after the celebration, please sign up below. Thanks in advance!
  • Greeting/Welcome Flow — Welcoming guests at the door and help get the Second Line stragglers into venue
  • Pot Luck Extra Hands — Set-up, Service during dinner hour
  • Bartending — The Center will have bartenders for the booze, but we may have barback/beer service needs
  • Decorations — Putting up / taking down décor, prettying things up
  • Extra Hands / Day-Of Runner — Assisting with activities and errands during day of Thurs 6/25
  • Photography — Capturing the event
  • Merch Table — Pete’s t-shirts will be silent-auctioned with proceeds going to KBUT. We need to guard the merchandise.
